She inherited land and property from her husband, Thomas, on 9 May 1795 in Park Lane, Langham, Essex. "I give and devise unto Mary my dear Wife All and every my Messuage Farm Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate lying and being in Langham aforesaid And all other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (not hereinbefore disposed of) as well Freehold as Copyhold with the rights members and appurtenances to the same respectively ".

"I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my monies in hand debts due and owing to me and all other my Goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said dear Wife to and for her own proper use and ____ of absolutely". She signed a Will on 31 Jan 1801. When Mary wrote her will she was living at New House, Park Lane, Langham. Her Will was proved in Mar 1804. She died on 2 Mar 1804. Mary died aged 39 years. She was buried in Langham Baptist Church, Essex.
