FIFTH GENERATION
100. Elizabeth BLYTH was
baptized on 28 Mar 1755 in Elmstead, Essex. She inherited £500 from her
father on 10 Aug 1782. Elizabeth was to receive the £500 within 3 months
of her fathers death. The trustees of his estate were instructed to invest £200
into government securities and the annual interest was to be paid to Elizabeth.
If she should die then the interest was to be used for the upbringing of her
children and when they all reached 21 years the £200 was to be divided equally
between them. She died between Oct 1810 and Jan 1815. She signed a Will on
25 Oct 1810. Elizabeth, a widow, was living in Colchester when she wrote her
will. Her Will was proved on 9 Jan 1815. 1779: James and Elizabeth were living
in Colchester when Elizabeth's father wrote his will. She obtained a marriage
license on 10 Feb 1777. John was from St Botolph, Colchester. He was a bachalor,
upwards of 21. A bond of £200 was paid. Elizabeth was from Elmstead. She
too was upwards of 21. The marriage was due to take place at All Saints, Colchester.
She was married to James WAYMAN on 11 Feb 1777 in All Saints, Colchester, Essex.
John was from St Botolphs, Colchester, Elizabeth was from Elmstead. Both signed
their names. The witnesses were: Daniel Blyth, J Oathwaite and Mary Blyth.
James WAYMAN was born before 1756. He died before Oct 1810. Elizabeth
BLYTH and James WAYMAN had the following children:

Elizabeth WAYMAN was born on 8 Mar 1778. She was baptized on 10 Apr 1778
in All Saints, Colchester, Essex. She was made Executor to the will of her mother,
Elizabeth Wayman, on 25 Oct 1810. She inherited one third share of her mothers
linen and clothing on 9 Jan 1815. Elizabeth was also left a up to a quarter
share in her mothers household belongings. Any items she or her brother and sisters
didn't want were to be sold, the proceeds being added to any other money their
mother left. This money was to be divided equally between the 4 children.

Daniel Blyth WAYMAN was born on 11 Apr 1781. He was baptized on 10 May
1781 in All Saints, Colchester, Essex. He was buried on 31 Jan 1806 in St Botolphs,
Colchester, Essex.

in All Saints, Colchester, Essex.
