27. Elizabeth BLYTH was born after 1729. She inherited an equal share of land and premises from her father on 12 May 1764. Elizabeth was to share with her sister, Susan, a piece of land and a premises being used by Jonathon Hynds. Elizabeth was also to receive £20 when she reached 21 years. She died about 1770. 1764: From her fathers will Elizabeth received land and property then occupied by Jonathon Hynds. This was to be shared with her sister Susan.
Elizabeth died in childbirth, as did her son.

She was married to John CLAY on 1 Jun 1758 in Arlesford, Essex. Elizabeth BLYTH and John CLAY had the following children:
