28. Isaac BLYTH was born between 1729 and 1749. He inherited land in Langham from his father on 12 May 1764. From his fathers will Isaac received a meadow in Langham called Hoppets. The meadow had been bequeathed to James from his father. If Isaac should have died before reaching 21 then the meadow was to be split between his brothers, Daniel, Samuel, William and Thomas. He inherited £50 from his Uncle, Isaac Blyth, on 23 Jun 1768. He was made Executor to the will of his mother, Ann Blyth, on 5 Jun 1770. He inherited the remainder of his mothers estate on 24 Jul 1779. Isaac was to pay all her debts, funeral charges, expenses and legacies. The remainder of his mothers estate was his.

He obtained a marriage license on 18 Jun 1770. Isaac Blyth of Langham, Farmer & George Saddler of Dedham paid £200 bond. Both Isaac and Sarah were over 21 and single. The marriage was to take place in Dedham. He was married to Sarah PONDER on 19 Jun 1770 in Dedham, Essex. Isaac was from Langham, Sarah was from Dedham. Both were single, they signed their names. The witnesses were George Saddler and ____ Barker. Sarah PONDER was born before 1749. She inherited one fifth of her mother in laws 'clothes, linen and wearing apparel' on 24 Jul 1779. 1779: From her mother in laws will Sarah received a one fifth share of all her 'clothes, linen and wearing apparel'.
