6. Daniel BLYTH was born in 1688. He signed a Will on 4 Jun 1752. Daniel was living in Elmstead when he wrote his will. He died on 3 Aug 1775 in Elmstead, Essex. His Will was proved on 20 Aug 1775. He was a Farmer. 1709: From his fathers will Daniel received £35 (?).

He was married to Margaret PHILLIPS on 9 Jul 1728 in St Mary the Virgin, Colchester, Essex. Marriage License: Daniel Blyth and Thomas Philips bound Daniel of Elmstead, aged 40, to Margaret Philips, aged 23, at St Mary's, Colchester. 1728. Margaret PHILLIPS was born in 1705. She was buried on 15 Mar 1732 in Elmstead, Essex. Daniel BLYTH and Margaret PHILLIPS had the following children:

36 ii. Margaret BLYTH was baptized on 7 Jun 1731 in Elmstead, Essex. She was buried on 4 Dec 1735 in Elmstead, Essex.

He was married to Ann FOSTER in 1735 in Arlesford, Essex. Marriage License: 1735 - Daniel Blyth of Elmstead and Thomas Nunn of Wivenhoe bound Daniel, 37, widow, to Ann Foster, 32, of Wivenhoe at Arlesford. He obtained a marriage license on 1 May 1735. Daniel, 37, a widower from Elmstead, and Thomas Nunn of Wivenhoe bound Daniel to Ann. They paid a bond of £200. Ann, 32, was from Wivenhoe. The marriage was to take place in Arlesford. Ann FOSTER inherited 1/3rd of the residue of her husbands estate on 20 Aug 1775. Her husband also requested that Ann should be paid a yearly income of £24 by her son, Daniel. She was buried on 25 May 1783 in Elmstead, Essex. From her husbands will Ann received a yearly annuity of £24. She also was bequeathed 1/3rd of the residue of the estate.
