John also received an equal share of the residue of his fathers estate. He was a Farmer in Jul 1845 in Tolleshunt Knights, Essex. 1869: John was farming in Tolleshunt Knights. He was made Executor to the will of his brother, Henry Blyth, on 31 Jul 1869. He died on 15 Dec 1892 in Tolleshunt D'Arcy, Essex. He was buried on 19 Dec 1892 in Tolleshunt Knights, Essex. a marriage license in 1845. John Blyth of Tolleshunt Knights, 29, to Charlotte
Harvey of the same. He was married to Charlotte HARVEY (daughter of
Thomas Green HARVEY and Margarett UNKNOWN) on 1 Jul 1845
in Tolleshunt Knights, Essex. John and Charlotte were from Tolleshunt Knights.
Both were single and of full age. Both signed their names. Witnesses were Eliza
Green Harvey and Elizabeth Grimwood Harvey. Charlotte
HARVEY was born about 1819. She signed a Will on 12 Aug 1852. When Charlotte
wrote her will she was living at Barn Hall, Tolleshunt Knights. She died on
12 Oct 1852. Her Will was proved on 14 Dec 1852. The executors were her brothers,
Edward and Jeffery Harvey. They were left a sum of £1500 to be put into
trust. It was to be divided between each of her children when they reached the
ages of 21 years. In the meantime the interest was to be paid yearly and put
towards their upbringing. Should none of her children reach the age of 21 then
the £1500 was to go to her husband, John. She was buried in Tolleshunt

and 2 servants - Matilda Wilsher, aged 19, born Salcot, Essex and Jane Bell,
aged 17, born Birch, Essex. Elizabeth Green HARVEY
was born about 1825 in East Mersea, Essex. Elizabeth was born at Reeves Hall,
West Mersea. She was made Executor to the will of her husband, John, on 28 Feb
1893 in London. She died on 25 Feb 1908. She was buried on 29 Feb 1908 in Tolleshunt
Knights, Essex. 1901 Census: Elizabeth, 75, widowed, is living with her son
at Oxley Lodge, Tolleshunt D'Arcy. John BLYTH and Elizabeth Green HARVEY had
