FOURTH GENERATION29. Daniel BLYTH was born about 1738. He inherited land and premises from his father on 12 May 1764. From his fathers will Daniel received lands and buildings occupied by Abraham ___ on the condition he paid his brother, Samuel, £80 when he reached the age of 21. Should Daniel die before he reached 21 then his legacy was to pass to his brother Samuel. He inherited £50 from his Uncle, Isaac Blyth, on 23 Jun 1768. He inherited £20 from his mother on 24 Jul 1779. He signed a Will on 9 Feb 1805. When Daniel wrote his will he was living in Writtle. He died on 3 Mar 1813 in Writtle, Essex. He was buried on 9 Mar 1813 in Broomfield, Essex. Daniel died aged 76 years. His Will was proved on 9 Mar 1813. He was a Farmer in Writtle, Essex. between 1776 and 1778. Ann UNKNOWN was born in 1745.
She died on 29 Mar 1811. Ann died aged 66 years. She was buried on 4 Apr 1811
in Broomfield, Essex. She inherited property and land from her husband, Daniel
Blyth, on 9 Mar 1813. Daniel left his wife the use of his 2 properties with
all their outbuildings and land in Broomfield which were occupied by William
Gage and Widow Bryan. She also was left 2 other properties and land in Broomfield
occupied by Thomas Mapis and Edward Lee. Upon Anns death these properties were
to pass to her husbands illegitimate son, Daniel, and his son in law, William
Boosey.
